Return Policy for Narihvacnie

At Narihvacnie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return policy that ensures you can return your items with ease. Please read our return policy below to understand how it works.

1. Returns

We accept returns on all new, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within this period. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Condition of the Item: The item must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories (e.g., box, manual).
  • Unworn and Unused: The item must not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Watches must be returned with no signs of wear, and any protective plastic covers must remain intact.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Watches that have been worn, engraved, resized, or altered in any way.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved watches.
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items.

3. How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@narihvacnie.com or call us at (316) 321-6695 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Write the RA number clearly on the return package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the returned item to the address provided in your return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking number for reference.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received or defective product).

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The following details apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to product defects or errors made by Narihvacnie.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your watch for a different style or size, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange for a new item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please ensure to provide clear images of any damage or defects to expedite the process.

7. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, international returns are accepted under the same conditions as domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes that may apply when returning the item. International returns must also be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
